    How secure will my credit card / debit card be?

    When purchasing a Loving Memories personalised candle gift you can be assured your transaction will be secure. When entering your personal details onto our site, the site’s address will change to https with a padlock bar appearing in your window’s browser. This means that your data is encrypted ensuring that your details will be completely secure.

    All payment transactions are made using WorldPay, leaders since 1993 in online debit and credit card processing and a part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (now 60% backed by the British Government).

    Never send your credit card details to us by email. Neither will we ever ask you to send your details to us in this way.

    How long will delivery take?

    As most of our personalised candle gifts have specific time periods where deadlines are required, we ask that at least 10 working days be given to guarantee your candle gift is received on time.

    Can I place my order by telephone?

    Yes you can by contacting our Loving Memories Direct Team.  There is no additional charge to order in this way just contact us during normal business hours.

    Can I pay by cheque?

    Certainly, you can contact the Loving Memories Direct Team and when all relevant information and payment has been received, your gift will be despatched in the normal way.

    What type of quality can I expect?

    We work to very high standards, with a commitment to quality offered no where else. We don’t just stop there, making your personalised candle gift even more impressive, we use the finest presentation materials making your gift one to be proud of.

    How confident can I be of there being no errors on my gift?

    We understand that this can be a serious concern and to attention this during the process we have quality checkers to proof every gift prior to despatch. Sloppiness is non negotiable to us as it is to you.

    Can I use a photograph on my chosen candle design?

    Yes, most candles gifts can accommodate a favoured photographic image and for this purpose we have laid out some examples for you to see how versitile your gift can be.

    The images on the candle gifts look very clear and sharp will the same be for my picture?

    This depends on the quality of the images you supply us with. We ask that your photograph be scanned no less than 300 dpi and up to 600 dpi resolution. The file size should be between 1 – 3MB and both of these combinations should be enough to reflect a sharp and crisp image for your candle gift.

    Will you charge extra for the use of my own words?

    We pride ourselves on offering choice to our customers, this is why we do not charge extra for using your own words. We only ask that you check your words carefully for errors like spelling.

    Can I use lyrics from a record or words from a favoured card, poem or book?

    Due to copyright infringement we will not knowingly accept any lyrics, text, poem and or words under copyright control unless you have gained the relevant permissions.

    Do I pay extra for the brass candleholder?

    We believe in offering quality value for the money you spend with us, this is why our boxed presentation gifts are offered with the brass holders at no extra cost.

    Do I create my own words for the Fleur d'Élégance Collection?

    Yes, the Fleur d'Élégance Collection offers full flexibility for any special occasion when you want to offer a gift of difference by using  your own expression.

    Can gifts be sent directly on my behalf?

    The majority of our orders are sent on our customers behalf, simply select your preferred option during the checkout process. We even tag your gift with our quality gold and cream tags as though it were sent personally by you.

    Can my gift be sent abroad?

    The Loving Memories Candle Collection is sold not only to familes, friends and  colleagues throughout the UK but also in the US, Canada, Caribbean, parts of Asia and Africa for over 6 years. All we ask is that you select from the postage drop down menu your country of destination and the postage cost will be displayed to you. If your country destination is not shown, please contact us.

    The size of my candle looks slightly taller than specified?

    Because our candles are handmade, sizes may differ slightly; however, candle sizes will never be smaller than what is quoted.  

    I want to send something special and different as a candle gift, what should I do?

    To make your candle gift unique and special you may call Loving Memories Direct Team our fast and reliable telephone ordering service where our team can assist to reflect above all, a diverse and memorable candle gift for your occasion.

    There is no additional charge to order in this way charges are dependant on the candle size, design and presentation type you choose.  

    I don’t have a scanner, can I submit my original photograph by post, and will it be returned intact?

    You may submit your order in the conventional way by post, just contact our Loving Memories Direct Team.  We strongly advise that all photographs be sent by recorded delivery where a signature is required.  

    You will not be charged any extra for submitting your order in this way, we only ask that you give enough time for the order to be processed and received by your recipient in good time.

    What is your returns policy?

    We ask that you contact us immediately and return your gift to us within 7 days of your notification. We cannot be held responsible for claims not notified over 10 days of despatch. If we find that responsibility falls on our part, a full refund will be given together with reimbursement of postage cost.

    This is correct, Presentations247 Limited is the company who will actually debit your account. Presentations247 Limited is the holding company for Loving Memories Candles.
